Josie has gotten big enough to enjoy the "racecar" shopping cart at Publix. She spent most of the time at the store today steering herself around. She loves it. Following are a couple of pics.

Helping Mommy #2

I am proud of Josie in that after she took all her diapers out of the diaper rack and spread them around her bedroom, she was a good girl and put them all away...she just put them all away in her laundry hamper. Close.

The Fridge

Fridge is fun. Josie likes looking through the fridge for something to pull out. If she had her way, she would spread everything all over the kitchen floor then arrange it in her own specific way.

Josie loves the container cabinet.

Sneaky...Josie loves the container cabinet and has learned that she can get inside. This is the only cabinet that she is allowed to look through in the kitchen...all others are Josie-proof...at least we hope so.

Go buckeyes! It was actually cool outside tonight so we put Josie's OSU sweatshirt on the she got for her birthday from Uncle Don. Little big still, but cute...should last a couple of football seasons.

Shopping is so tiring

Yesterday, Jenn, Josie, and I took Uncle Don to "old" Mount Dora to do some relaxing, day-off window shopping. It was tough on Josie. What we didn't realize in this picture, is that since she had had a lot to drink...she was sitting in wet pants, wet shirt, wet stroller, etc... Thankfully you can take all the cloth seating off the stroller and throw it into the washer. Poor, tired, peepee girl.

For Josie's birthday party she got her own little "Dirt Cake" which we allowed her to feed herself. As you can see, she thoroughly enjoyed it. Good idea on putting a shower curtain on the floor.

Yum!...Pasgetti with the family

All the family went out to eat the Friday before Josie's birthday party to Vincent's, a Italian place here in Mt. Dora. Josie enjoyed a plate of pasgetti with Mimi. Needed a bath by the time it was over. She is getting very adept at shoveling pasta in her mouth while watching everyone else.

Yum. Me like cake. Josie loved her birthday cupcake. She had this fascinated "wow, this is good" look when she took her first bite of chocolate. We might have started the human addiction to chocolate.

Josie came to visit daddy at work today. It was a such a good thing to here her jabbering "dada" as she walked down the hall. The pic above is of her riding the elevator after her and mommy's visit. She had a very pretty yellow Aunt Ginny dress.

Josie wore her Cleveland Browns jersey that Uncle Don got her last Christmas. She was proudly walking around the house all afternoon, but would not sit still for one instant so that I could take a picture. So, after she got a fresh diaper I shot this pic from above on the changing pad.

To bad that Browns are absolutely horrendous this year.

Josie fell asleep last night holding Penguin while watching Dancing w/ the Stars with Daddy. Last spring when Jenn would teach her Monday night class, that was Josie and my tradition. Not sure how much she remembers being that she was 4-6mos old then. But, it was our time and that's what matters.
