Wanting to Play

Jenn and Josie went to the Tavares park this morning, and found a new "splash park".  It was about to open and they started turning the water on and Josie was fascinated by it.  She wanted to go play in the water, but will have to wait till another day when we can bring her swimsuit, etc...  She was so excited to see it.  Looks like tons of fun.

Going to Life Group on Sun Night

When left to go to LifeGroup on Sunday night, Josie picked up her wagon and monkey and headed to the door.  She was determined to take him with her.  She pushed him all the way to the car.  It's better to push the wagon than pull it in her mind.

Swimming fun

Josie had so much fun playing in her turtle pool at Mimi & Papa's.  The turtle sprays water out of it's head, and she learned that she can pull on the head and drink the water like a water fountain.  Of course, when we have offered her to try and drink water out of an actual water fountain, she wants to splash and play with it and won't let it get anywhere near her mouth.  After she would drink the water from the turtle, she would stand and say "Mmmmm!". 

Publix cookies are soooo yummy.

Yum...free cookie at publix.  Josie is allowed to get a cookie at Publix every once in a while.  They give one away free to little kids.  She remembers almost every time we go to the store.  Oh, and that they give kids balloons also.  She will point at every balloon in the store and say "bawoon"...So cute.

Poppy rocks. Boom!

Josie and Jenn went over to Nana & Poppy's (Jenn's grandparents) house today to visit.  Poppy and Josie favorite game is to sit on the flower bed, pick up the rocks, throw them down to the ground and say "Boom".  Hopefully the rocks only ever go in a downward path and not upwards towards a window or something.  Josie things it's soooo much fun.

Makin' mess is fun.  Josie likes to making stepping stones with her toy bins.  She lines them up in front of her closet then proceeds to rearrange them, sit on the them, or stand on them like a statue.

Reading pop-up books

Josie loves reading her pop-up books.  We have to remind her to be gentle as she sometimes try to pull the pics out of the book.  She is especially cute reading when she has her hair in pig-tails.
